MyVillain is an entertainment application featuring AI-powered fictional characters. All characters are fictional. Their responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent real opinions, advice, or factual information. MyVillain is not a therapy service, counselling service, or advice platform.
You must be at least 17 years old to use MyVillain. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 17 or older.
All character responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. The characters are designed to be provocative and humorous. You use the Service at your own risk and understand that character responses are entertainment, not advice.
You agree not to use MyVillain to attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or dangerous information from the AI characters. You agree not to abuse the Service by automating requests, circumventing rate limits, or interfering with other users' experience. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose.
MyVillain offers a free tier with limited daily messages and a Premium subscription at $10 USD per month. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of the messages you send. We retain ownership of AI-generated character responses and the MyVillain characters, names, images, and brand. You may share screenshots of your conversations for personal and social media use.
We may terminate or suspend your access to MyVillain at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason at our discretion.
MyVillain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress from AI-generated content. You acknowledge that the characters are intentionally provocative and you use the Service voluntarily.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
